Wash and Fold Questions
There is no need. We will pick up and drop off all wash and fold orders.

Yes, there is a $35 minimum for all wash and fold laundry orders.
We use common, high-quality products like Tide, Downy, and a commercial high-efficiency detergent with low residue. We also offer oxygen-based bleach and chlorine for heavier soil removal, commercial fabric softener, stain removers, sanitizers for athletic wear, wool dryer balls, and an assortment of hypoallergenic and fragrance-free detergents and solutions.
No, we do not. We keep all orders separate to avoid mix-ups and cross-contamination.
We can place items on hangers for a small fee of $0.15 per item. Please specify when placing your order online if you want anything hung up. You can do this by inputting notes into the special instructions or preferences fields at checkout. Then, please bag items for hanging up separately from the rest of your laundry so that our team can easily identify the items to be placed on hangers.
Pickup and Delivery Questions

Yes. There is a $35 minimum for wash and fold laundry orders and a $25 minimum for dry cleaning orders. If you combine both, each must meet its separate minimum.
No, but you do need to let us know when scheduling online that you may not be home for either pick-up or drop-off. Without having some form of written consent, our driver will not leave you laundry.
Please provide written permission to us by inputting notes in the special instructions or preferences fields at checkout. Also specify the pick-up and drop-off location.
Please bag all your laundry into a disposable bag. Kitchen bags work well for this. If you have a combo order of laundry and dry cleaning, please bag the dry cleaning items separately from what needs to be washed and folded and label each bag. This will help us know what is what and prevent delays.
On your scheduled pick-up day, leave your laundry outside in a spot our driver can easily identify and access. Behind porch furniture or an unlocked gate is ideal. If you will not be home, please describe as thoroughly as possible in your notes when placing your order where you will leave the laundry.
Dry Cleaning Questions
Yes. Any dry cleaning must equate to a minimum of $25.
No, there are separate minimums each order type must meet. $25 for dry cleaning and $35 for wash and fold.
Yes you can. When you sign into your account you will be given three options: laundry, laundry and dry cleaning, or just dry cleaning. You can choose just dry cleaning if no part of the order includes wash and fold.
Just bag it separately from any wash and fold laundry and label it for dry cleaning.
Please call us at (214) 608-9756 for a quote. We will be listing our dry cleaning prices soon. In the meantime we kindly ask you call to get a price on your dry cleaning before schedule a pickup.
Basket Club Questions
Sign in and select a Basket Club membership at check out. First you'll be asked to choose between one-time, weekly, or bi-weekly service. Select any of those options to move to the next page of checkout. On the next page or check out, there you can select the Basket Club membership: monthly or annual.
No, with a Basket Club membership, all delivery fees are waived.
With Basket Club membership, you do no pay for turnaround times of 2 days or more on laundry. There is a small $5 fee for next-day turnaround regardless of order size on laundry.
Basket Club members who want dry cleaning do not pay extra for turnaround speed on dry cleaning.
Payment Questions
When you place your first order, you'll be asked to input a payment card such as a debit or credit card. We'll keep this on file and charge it when your order is complete.
For any excessively dirty or soiled laundry we will charge a small fee. Such as soiled coveralls or towels soaked in chemical agents.
There will be a field at checkout where you will be prompted to submit your promo code. Please enter it in and click on the apply button.
